Bogoslovsky Industrial Park is located on the area of 86 hectares near Krasnoturyinsk. Town district of Krasnoturyinsk will acquire a status of Advance Social-Economic Development Territory (ADT), currently economic perspectives for this district are associated with the development of Bogoslovsky Industrial Park.

ADT residents are exempt from property and land taxes, income tax for the companies is reduced to 5% (instead of standard 20%), insurance contributions also reduced down to 7,6% (instead of standard 30% across Russia). Industrial Park facilities are most tailored to metal-consuming, building materials and also innovative types of production involving complex recycling of technogenic wastes. The location of the Park will suit well the companies contemplating to work with Northern regions of Russia such as cities of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug.
