Preparation of the first concession agreement in Russia (within the framework of a private initiative) for the reconstruction  project and operation of a real estate object - an object of cultural heritage of regional importance "Zheleznov estate" located at the address: Sverdlovsk Region, Yekaterinburg, Rosa Luxemburg street 56.

In accordance with the terms of the concession agreement, the investor will invest about 380 mln rubles in the reconstruction of the building and its adaptation for modern use. The agreement is designed for 30 years, and within this period the private party will use the facility in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 73 “On objects of cultural heritage of the peoples of the Russian Federation”. The responsibility of the concessionaire includes ensuring the physical safety and provision of necessary repairs of the facility.

Construction project "Secondary School No. 41" in Ekaterinburg. The Corporation performed on the side of a private partner in structuring the project. The private concession initiative was submitted to the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region in June 2020.

The Corporation representatives participated as experts in the negotiations on the draft concession agreement regarding the creation and operation of the railway transport infrastructure to ensure the operation of the special economic zone of industrial and production type "Titanium Valley".

As a result, a concession agreement was concluded between the Sverdlovsk Region represented by the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Sverdlovsk Region and JSC Russian Railways.

The Corporation participated in the working group on the project of public-private partnership in the form of a concession agreement for the creation of a sports facility - "Creation of a martial arts club" in Krasnoturynsk.

The Corporation provided the development of a financial model for a PPP project in the form of a concession agreement for the creation of a sports facility - "Construction and operation of the pool" in Nizhny Tagil.
