• 17 November 2021

An enterprise for the production of metal structures, as well as a service center for mining equipment received the status of a resident of the Bogoslovsky industrial park in Krasnoturinsk.

The companies will locate their production at the industrial premises of the second business incubator, which was commissioned in October 2020. New residents of the Bogoslovsky industrial park will invest over 9 million rubles and create 35 new jobs.

“The construction of the second site with a ready-made infrastructure for the location of industrial production was due to high demand from small and medium-sized businesses. Earlier, the industrial park "Bogoslovsky" was tested by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation for compliance with the requirements of industrial sites and is included in the federal register of industrial parks. The accreditation made it possible to take advantage of federal measures of state support and receive a subsidy in the amount of 44.4 million rubles for the construction of the second building of the business incubator, ”said Viktoria Kazakova, Minister of Investment and Development of the Sverdlovsk Region.

Currently, the industrial park "Bogoslovskiy" operates two industrial buildings with a ready-made infrastructure with an area of 1,500 sq. meters.

“The residents have already started to operate on the territory of the park. It is valuable for us that both enterprises are local entrepreneurs from Krasnoturinsk. Our task is to create the most comfortable conditions for the implementation of investment projects, which will ensure the utilization of the engineering infrastructure of the park and create new jobs within the boundaries of the single-industry town of Krasnoturinsk. To date, the volume of private investment in Bogoslovsky is 3.3 billion rubles, the figure has doubled since the beginning of 2019. The number of jobs created in three years has increased by 309 people, ”said Maxim Prachik, General Director of the the Development Corporation of the Sverdlovsk region, the managing company of the Bogoslovsky industrial park.

Today the Corporation is considering a request for a long-term lease of industrial space and is evaluating the possibility of building a new business incubator.
