Sysert Porcelain Factory has received recognition at the federal level

Sysert Porcelain, a subsidiary of Development Corporation of Sverdlovsk region, was recognized as a laureate of the 1st degree in the "Presentation of a New Product" nomination at the All-Russian Festival of Folk Arts and Crafts "Reserved Souvenir". The award was given for a new porcelain aroma lamp, which was made using traditional Ural brushstroke painting.

On behalf of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, Evgeny Kuyvashev, the Development Corporation of Sverdlovsk region developed a plan to preserve jobs at the enterprise and expand the range. Currently, the plant is included in tourist routes, and has already become a popular display object.

In total, representatives from 17 regions of Russia took part in the festival, who competed in the nominations: "Preserving Traditions", "Uniqueness of the Author", "Creativity and Novelty", "NHP of the XXI Century", "Identity" and "Presentation of a New Product". The All-Russian Festival of Folk Arts and Crafts "Zapovedny Souvenir" is supported by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation, as well as the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the festival is to popularize and promote the best manufacturers of folk art products.
