• 26 April 2022

The Development Corporation of the Middle Urals as part of the official delegation of the Sverdlovsk region takes part in the international industrial exhibition "Innoprom. Central Asia", which takes place in Tashkent. The Sverdlovsk delegation at the exhibition is headed by Governor Evgeny Kuyvashev.

The business delegation of the Sverdlovsk Region included representatives of 50 regional enterprises representing a wide range of industries, including metallurgy, mechanical engineering, chemical industry, solutions for the oil and gas and mining industries, energy, information technology, construction and logistics.

The business program of the exhibition includes more than 20 specialized sessions on the most relevant topics of the industrial agenda. In particular, the experience of developing industrial sites was discussed during the session "Russian industrial Zones abroad: opportunities for international cooperation". Experts stressed that due to the dynamic development of the industrial parks industry in Russia over the past 10 years, the expertise of international-level management companies has appeared. This makes it possible to consider the possibility of creating industrial zones with the participation of Russian management companies in other countries

Vadim Tretyakov, Advisor to the General Director of the Development Corporation of Sverdlovsk region, spoke about the experience of developing state industrial sites in the Sverdlovsk Region:

"By the end of 2020, the Sverdlovsk Region entered the top 10 regions in terms of the number of industrial parks and technoparks. Three Sverdlovsk industrial parks have been accredited by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, including the Bogoslovsky Industrial Park managed by the Corporation. Today, companies prefer prepared industrial sites, this makes it possible to significantly simplify the solution of a number of technical issues, for example, the summing up of engineering networks."

He also noted that additional advantages are provided by special tax preferences in the territories within the boundaries of which prepared sites are being created. For example, the Bogoslovsky Industrial Park is located on the territory of the advanced development of Krasnoturinsk in the north of the Sverdlovsk region. Thanks to tax benefits, investors get the opportunity to direct the saved resources to new projects.

"If we talk about specific figures, the volume of private investments in Bogoslovskoye is already 4 times higher than investments in infrastructure and amounts to 3.4 billion rubles. Residents of the park have created almost 600 jobs." - Vadim Tretyakov emphasized.

Recall that today 10 companies are residents of the Bogoslovsky Industrial Park. Two industrial buildings in the park are completely filled with residents.
