The Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation approved the application of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, Evgeny Kuyvashev, of financing the project within the framework of the federal program "Development of Education". The school will be built on the principles of public-private partnership and will accept the first students in 2024.

The Development Corporation of the Sverdlovsk region fully structured the project, accompanied the private partner at all stages of the concession preparation, and also took part in negotiations to agree on the terms.

Together with the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Sverdlovsk Region, we managed to develop a financial and legal model for a basic concession agreement in the field of education. This model will become the basis for the implementation of other projects for the construction of schools in the Sverdlovsk region., - said Maksim Prachik, the CEO of The Development Corporation of the Sverdlovsk region
